  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g of flour 00
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • One packet of yeast for pies
  • warm water
  • salt
  • Cheese
  • Ham and salami

Whip the eggs and oil together, then add the flour and the yeast mixing everything with your hands.

Then begin to pour the warm water “working” the entire compound, it must remain moist!

Finally add the grated cheese and the salami made in pieces.

Now take a pan and oil it, put the mixture inside it.

Finally, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for two hours.

When the dough is raised you can bake the pie at 200 degrees for at least 20 minutes, you shall check that it becomes golden!

Black cake with hegelnut cream

8 May

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • A glass of olive oil
  • A glass of milk
  • One packet of yeast (16 gram)

Whip the eggs with sugar; then add oil, milk and the cocoa powder keep on whipping.

Finally add the flour and the yeast.

Cook the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

You must always monitor it with the toothpick test!

  • 250 ml of whipping cream
  • 125 grams of Nutella

Put the Nutella in a boiler and let it heat until it dissolves and becomes liquid.

Then start whipping the cream and before it becomes too soft add the nutella and keep on whipping.

Finally you will have a soft compound to fill your cake!

- 250 ml of whipping cream
- 250 grams of dark chocolate chips
- Hazelnuts

You have to heat the cream in a saucepan and before it starts to boil remove it and pour into a bowl with the chocolate chips. Keep on mixing them until they’re completely melted and you have a good consistency.

Take chopped hazelnuts (the size depends on your taste) and pour them in the chocolate mixture.

Now you just have to combine the three cases!

Let the cake cool, then cut in half and pour the mixture of Nutella in.

At the end pour the ganache until it has covered the whole cake, refrigerate it for several hours … longer is better!

Now enjoy the “sweet bomb”!

Hi everyone! Let’s start with some recipes!

Our blog is originally in italian and it is difficult to find the right culinary words in english…

This is our first recipe so you’ll be nice and won’t notice all the mistakes we’re gonna do! ;-)

  • 500 grams of almonds
  • 300 grams of dark chocolate
  • Vegetable oil (one tablespoon)
  • Some paper cups

Toast the almonds on a baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. However you have to control them! :-)

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with vegetable oil (one tablespoon).

Now add the almonds to the chocolate, then fill the paper cups.

Dry them out of the fridge for an hour.

A sweet idea … simple but sublime!

CAT: a lifestyle!

2 May

For those who spend their weekends to experience skillfully and meticulously researched recipes on the Internet after hours and hours of hard work during the week.

For those who think disco is “not fashionable anymore”, it’s better spending the night with your friends eating delicious dishes.

For those who think that Sunday  is “the day of rest” and, of course, of “hard eating” (but also on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays …) and the sofa knows you better than your boyfriend.

For those who love meeting people who “eat so much and would send anyone to ruin with a dinner invite” and strangely they’re so skinny that you could give them pants that you worn when you were 10 and they would fit!

For those who think that eating gives you happiness since there’s no money and it’ wouldn’t be nice to admit it.

For those who should  take a cooking class rather than 5 years of university … at least, eventually, there would be something  you could do!

CAT was born for this!

CAT is not just a group of friends, it’s a LIFESTYLE.

Life is a journey and we meet special people that make you feel yourself, that make you feel happy … and people that share your passions!

All in all, food enlivens our souls, our lives and makes us happy. So what is the best solution? We want to share our Italian recipes with you! Because Italian food is delicious and healthy!

Enjoy and have fun!
